ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2 in Crime No.131 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard both sides.

3. It is alleged that when the defacto complainant was working in the agricultural field, the 1st accused photographed her and when this was informed to the petitioner herein, who is the father of A1, there was a wordy quarrel. According to the learned Public Prosecution, no weapon was used and there was no injury to any one. 4.Considering the stated circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Auntipatti and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required, for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
