PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.03.2018, which was forwarded by the first respondent in accordance with law. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Subash Babu For Respondents : Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, Additional Public Prosecutor.

O R D E R

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during enquiry the petitioner gave a statement that the petitioner had requested the respondents not to prosecute the complaint. Recording the said request, the complaint was closed. 2.The aforesaid statement is disputed by the petitioner and seeks liberty to approach the competent criminal Court, accordingly, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned jurisdictional criminal Court to seek his remedy, if necessary. 3.The criminal original petition is dismissed with such liberty.
