ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.GODWIN, Advocate for the petitioner R2 not appearing either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed under Section 151 of C.P.C, praying to permit the petitioner/Appellant to withdraw the award amount deposited in MCOP.No.999 of 2010 on the file of the 4th Additional Sub Court Madurai pending disposal of the appeal.

to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
