This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.11.2017.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, a case has already been registered in Crime No.189 of 2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 465, 468 and 471 IPC on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kenikkarai Police Station, Ramanathapuram. He has also produced a copy of the FIR to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
