ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent bank to sanction the education loan of Rs.3,91,500/- to the petitioner's daughter, namely, Priyadharshini for pursuing B.Sc., Nursing in P.R.College of Nursing, Bangalore, on the basis of loan application, dated 28.12.2017.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank would submit that if the petitioner approaches the officials of the respondent bank with proper documents, the same would be considered and orders would be passed towards sanction of the loan.
3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he would instruct the petitioner to approach the officials of the respondent bank and submit necessary documents in support of his application, dated 28.12.2017. 4.Considering the submission made on behalf of both sides, the petitioner is directed to approach the officials of the respondent bank with supporting documents in respect of his education loan application dated 28.12.2017 and on production of such documents, the respondent bank is directed to take a decision and pass appropriate orders considering the claim of the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
sympathetically. The respondent bank is directed to pass orders in this regard, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the petitioner submits all the required documents before the respondent bank.
With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
