O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.335 of 2016 to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli within time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the final report is ready and the respondent requires four weeks to file the same before the concerned Jurisdictional Court.

4.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file the final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
