Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.ANGUSAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. Perusal of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.495 of 2024, shows that on 1/3

his own volition, the petitioner has given an undertaking that he would pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the District Siddha Medical Officer. Hence, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Now this petition has been filed contrary to the earlier statement. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed and time granted by this Court, vide order dated 11.01.2024 is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically vacated. sd/- 01/02/2024 / TRUE COPY / /02/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
