Respondent Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to initiate action and pass final orders for the removal of unauthorized occupants in the lands belonging to the petitioner in terms of Sec.4 and 5 of the Tamil Nadu Public Premises Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants Act, 1975 by considering the petitioners statutory application dated 04.01.2023 by affording opportunity of hearing to all persons interested within the time that maybe stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M.Mahaboob Athiff Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.N.Mohideen Basha Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:

As directed by this Court, by its order dated 05.06.2023, Mr.Jainulaptheen, Chief Executive Officer, Tamil Nadu Wakf Board, is present today and he has also filed necessary document to show compliance of the orders of this Court.

2. Since the orders of this Court are complied with, no further orders are required in this writ petition.
