ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the pending civil suit in O.S.No.189 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Uthampalayam between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police has have no interest in interfering with the pending civil dispute. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is hereby recorded. Inasmuch as there is no interference from the respondent police, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
