ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323, 326 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case against the petitioners is that the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant and used the filthy language against the defacto complainant.

3.On the side of the respondent, it is stated that so far no case has been registered against the petitioners on the complaints received from the public and only the petition enquiry is pending. The 1 and 2 petitioners are father and mother of the defacto complainant, 3rd petitioner is her brother and 4th petitioner is her husband.

CRL OP(MD). No.1602 of 2022 4.Since no case has been registered against the petitioners till date, if any case is registered against the petitioners during the course of enquiry, the petitioners are at liberty to workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. 5.With the above liberty this criminal original petition is dismissed.
