ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1, in Crime No.867 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 12.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 302 I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2. According to the prosecution, the first accused is a widower and he is having two daughters and one among them is a mentally retarded, aged about 14 years old and the deceased, who is a auto driver came to the house of A1 and misbehaved her and also took her to the auto stand, when it was questioned by the accused, a wordy quarrel arose between them, the accused attacked the deceased with knife and caused his death.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the co-accused viz., A2 to A4 were already granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15606 of 2015 on 17.08.2015.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III,

Tiruchirapalli and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
