ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2018 dated 02.01.2018 on the file of the second respondent police and file the charge sheet before the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate Court within a stipulated time as framed by this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. Perused the materials placed on record.
