RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions imposed on this petitioner to deposit the copy of the patta issued by the revenue authorities with an undertaking not to alienate or encumber the said properties until the disposal of the above said case in Cr.No.1/2018 on the file of the respondent station before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram with the proper valuation certification imposed by the authorities concerned instead the earlier conditions imposed on this petitioner to deposit the original title deed stands in the name of the petitioner or his relatives or his friends, not less than the value of Rs.

15,00,000/- with the proper valuation certification issued by the authorities concerned with CRL OP(MD) No.11106 of 2020 dated 05.11.2020, in connection with Crime No.1/2020 on the file of the respondent in the interest of justice.
