ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on on 10.10.2024 for the offences under Sections 344, 366 of IPC, 9 of POCSO Act 2006, 5

(1) r/w Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012, 5(j) (ii) r/w Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.418 of 2023, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. This bail petition has been filed on the ground that the sureties executed after the bail was granted, was not accepted by the Court below. The position has already been clarified to the Special Court for POCSO Cases, Madurai and hence, the petitioner can take steps to execute the sureties before the Special Court for POCSO Cases, Madurai.

3. This petition is accordingly closed.
