This petition is filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to reinvestigate the case in Crime No.279 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent to some other impartial agency from the 2nd respondent under the supervision of the 1st respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that already the case in crime No. 279 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent has been closed as Action Dropped on 30.10.2014 and RCS also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
