2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners herein had conspired together and cheated the defacto complainant in some money transactions.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent person, they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further added that the petitioners herein have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that as of now, no case/no enquiry is pending against the petitioners. Hence, apprehension of arrest does not arise.
