To modify the condition to the effect that the petitioners shall execute two common sureties instead of executing each two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15167 of 2020 dated 18.12.2020.

To Extend the Time in Crl.OP(MD)No.15167 of 2020 dated 18.12.2020 for surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar.
Order :These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.R.ANBARASU, Advocate for the petitioners in both the Petitions and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the Court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were granted bail in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15167 of 2020 on 18.12.2020 with a condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties.

CRL MP(MD) No.849 of 2021 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners could not able to arrange 12 sureties, since they are one family members.
3.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the extent that the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing one surety each is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
4.These criminal miscellaneous petitions are allowed accordingly.
