ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody from 17.07.2015 in respect of the alleged offence under Sections 498(A) IPC r/w Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act in Crime No.499 of 2014 on the file of the respondent Police and he has come forward with this Criminal Original petition seeking bail.

2.Heard both sides.

3.According to the case of the petitioner, after the marriage on 08.09.2013, the wife lived with him only for a period of 4 months and thereafter, she was residing only at the parents house. This incident of self immolation is said to have taken place only in the house of the parents. It is specifically stated that the petitioner did not contact the deceased either through phone or even directly. 4.Considering the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner subject to the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a day at 10.30 am. until further orders.
