O R D E R

The revision petitioners are the landlords and they approached this Court by invoking Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai Town, for early disposal of the appeal in R.C.A.No.35 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Since the prayer sought for in the revision petition is only for an early disposal of the R.C.A.No.35 of 2016, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

4. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai Town to dispose of the R.C.A.No.35 of 2016, on day-to-day basis, without giving any adjournment to either parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both the parties are also directed to give their fullest co-operation for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

early disposal of the R.C.A.No.35 of 2016 within the time limit fixed by this Court. No costs.
