ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence under Sections 498(A) of IPC and Section 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act in Crime No.8 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the marriage betweent he defacto complainant and the first petitioner took place on 18.02.2018 and thereafter there is some misunderstanding between them and he started demanding more dowry. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he had nothing to with the alleged offence.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation is pending in this case and till now there is no change in circumstances and hence he objected for grant of anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case considering the fact there is no change in facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
