PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnors/Respondents and punish the Contemnors/Respondents for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.15499 of 2018 dated 06.06.2023. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that they have complied with the order of this Court, dated 06.06.2023 in W.P.(MD)No.15499 of 2018. However, the Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that though the respondents have complied with the Order of this Court, terminal benefits not credited for one month. In reply, the Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that it has been added along with pensionary benefits and the same has been credited.

2. Since this Court is convincing that the respondents have complied with the Order, this Contempt Petition is closed. If not credited into the 2/5

petitioner's account, he is at liberty to approach the respondnets and rectify the same. No Costs.
