O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the Petitioner, seeking direction to dispose the suit in O.S.No.176 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Sankarankoil, Tirunelveli District.

2. The petitioner is the defendant and the respondent is the plaintiff in O.S.No.176 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Sankarankoil, Tirunelveli District. The plaintiff has filed a suit in O.S.No.176 of 2016, seeking permanent injunction and for other reliefs, and the same is pending without passing any orders before the trial Court. Therefore, the revision petitioner has come forward to file this Civil Revision Petition by invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court, under Article 227 of Constitution of India, seeking direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Sankarankoil, Tirunelveli District, for speedy disposal.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4. The petitioner/plaintiff has filed a suit in O.S.No.176 of 2016 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Sankarankoil, Tirunelveli District and the same is pending from 2016. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if this Court directs the learned Principal District Munsif, Sankarankoil, Tirunelveli District to dispose the O.S.No.176 of 2016 within a period stipulated by this Court. respondent, I am inclined to pass the following Order.

5. In the result, (i). this Civil Revision Petition No.1032 of 2018 is disposed of.

(ii). The learned Principal District Munsif, Sankarankoil, Tirunelveli District is directed to dispose the O.S.No.176 of 2016, within a period of three months, from the date of copy of receipt of this order, by conducting the trial on day-to-day basis, without giving unnecessary adjournments to either parties and the parties are directed to give their fullest cooperation for the early disposal. No costs.
