that at the time of filing the suit, she was residing in Sivagangai District and therefore, she filed the suit in O.S.No.130 of 2021 before the Subordinate Court, Devakottai and now, she shifted her residence to Virdhunagar. Therefore, she seeks transfer of the suit in O.S.No.130 of 2021 from the file of the Subordinate Court, Devakottai to the file of the Subordinate Court, Virudhunagar.

3. The suit cannot be transferred based on the whims and fancy of the petitioner. Therefore, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
