O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the Second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the marriage was solemnized between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent on 22.01.2006. Since they have no issues till date, there was a quarrel arose between them. Due to that dispute, the 3rd respondent lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent. The 2nd respondent, on the basis of the said complaint is harassing the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry. Hence this petition has been filed.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that on the complaint given against the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 16.03.2018 and hence, there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioner.

5.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition is disposed of.
