The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction directing the first respondent to direct the second respondent to register a case against the proposed accused persons Thanigaimalai, Thara and Balamurugan U/s.120(b), 406, 379, 406 and 420 of I.P.C and to file the report of action taken on the strength of the petitioner's complaint dated 08.02.2013 and his subsequent representation dated 12.12.2013.
