Petitioner/Plaintiff/Respondent/Repondent Prayer :- This Civil Revision petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the order dated 05.01.2022 made in CMA.No.03 of 2021 on the file of Principal Sub-Judge, Eraniel, confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 04.8.2021 made in IA.No.2/2021 in OS.No.36 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif, Eraniel.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 23/03/2022, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in OS Nos.36 of 2021 & 283 of 2021, with in a period of three months, and the requisition letter dated 26/04/2023 in D.No.3991 of 2023, submitted by The Principal District Judge, Kanniyakumari @ Nagercoil, this Court made the following order:

By an order dated 23.03.2022, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suits in O.S.Nos.36 and 283 of 2021 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the bundles of two suits.

2.The Court below has now submitted a letter, in D.No.3991/2023-BC, dated 26.04.2023 with a request for three months time to comply with the order dated 23.03.2022 of this Court made in C.R.P(MD)No.189 of 2022.
