The petitioner has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking a direction to the respondent police to expedite the investigation in crime No.4 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Vilathikulam and to file a final report within a time that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) on instruction would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been laid in this case and the same has not been taken on file before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the criminal original petition is disposed of.
