This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondents shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them.
