ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 294(b), 323, 406 and 506(ii) IPC., r/w. Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions, would submit that as of now, no enquiry/no case is pending against the petitioners.
