ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action by considering petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within the period that may be stipulated by this court.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that enquiry was conducted based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2026 and the same was closed.
3. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenged the closure report in accordance with law. 23.01.2026 KSA 2/4
