ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1283 of 2024, dated 29.02.2024.

2. Today, the respondent filed counter affidavit and also stated that the order of the Court was promptly complied with and no violation or wilful disobedience of the order of this Court.

3. Recording the same, this contempt petition stands closed by preserving the liberty of the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
