ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to look into the petitioner's representations dated 05.12.2025 and 06.12.2025 by providing adequate police protection to the petitioner as well as his family members and conclude the enquiry within time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that enquiry was conducted based on the petitioner's representation and the same was closed.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in accordance with law. 23.01.2026 KSA
