The present petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.1 to issue a lookout circular against the third respondent in connection with C.C.No.22 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi, Pudukkottai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the third respondent / first accused in C.C.No.22 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi has appeared before the trial Court.

4. The said statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Since the third respondent / first accused has also submitted to the due process of law, there may not be any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

need to have the lookout notice to remain. If any lookout notice is issued against the third respondent, the same is directed to be recalled by the first respondent.
