ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 120(b), 147, 148, 149, 302 of I.P.C., r/w Section 5 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908, in Crime No. 289 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioner had earlier moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail. The same was dismissed by me on 19.12.2019. There is no change in circumstance. This is a case of murder. 4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) counsel states that the specific role is attributed to the petitioner herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.I am of the view that this is not a fit case, in which, anticipatory bail can be granted. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
