The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent are present. The petitioner is also present.

The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo stating that he has paid Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) to the learned counsel for the respondent today (30.01.2025) and seeking four weeks from today i.e. on or before 27.02.2025 for making payment of remaining arrears amount of Rs.1,30,000/- (Rupees One lakh Thirty Thousand only). The learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any objection. The said memo is recorded.

3. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay the remaining amount of Rs.1,30,000/- (Rupees One lakh Thirty Thousand only) on or before 27.02.2025. Respondent shall appear on 27.02.2025.
