Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st and 3rd respondent herein to fill up the backlogged vacancies in the Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe Community Category in the Tamilnadu Musical Colleges as per the Government orders in G.O.(Ms).No.268 by the Tamil Development-Culture and Religious Endowments Department dated 13.09.2006 and the G.O.(Ms).No.32 dated 20.04.2022 by considering petitioner representation dated 07.01.2025 within time stipulated by this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
