This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 12.08.2014 in accordance with law.

2. The complaint is to the effect that the proposed accused have obtained a document from the mother clandestinely.

3. The learned counsel for the proposed accused submitted that sale deed has been executed in the year 2007 itself.

4. The allegation and the facts submitted by the proposed accused would disclose a civil dispute. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
