Respondents Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in RFL/Srirengam/201/2019 dated 02.12.2019 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to register the Deed of Partition dated 21.11.2019 executed among the petitioner and his brothers in respect of the property in T.S.Nos.1799, 1800/2 of an extent of 224.5 square meter in Ward No.3 (New Ward C) Block No.34, Vellithirumutham Village, Srirengam Taluk., Trichy District.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to quash the order passed by the second respondent on 02.12.2019. Perusal of the records would reveal that on 17.12.2019, reply to the impugned order has been forwarded. The first respondent shall treat this reply as the representation and pass orders thereon as per law. The petitioner shall produce all the relevant documents to substantiate his claim that there is no debt pending as on date. The representation shall be disposed of within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
