The learned counsel on either side would submit that both the parties have already filed a petition for mutual divorce in H.M.O.P.No.131 of 2024 on the file of the Sub Court, Dindigul.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement in the bundle to not press this petition.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
