This petition has been filed to direct respondent and his subordinates not to harass the petitioners or family members. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that a case was registered against the petitioners and their son in Cr.No.92 of 2018 on the file of respondent police under Section 307 IPC for the alleged occurrence dated 16.02.2018. The petitioners' have not known the whereabouts of their son. But the respondent, on the guise of enquiry is harassing the petitioners. The respondent registered one more case against their son in Cr.No.100 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 392 of IPC. Hence this petition has been filed.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that no harassment was made out by the respondent and the petitioners were called only for the purpose of enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there is no necessity for passing further orders in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
