ORDER
The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of proceedings in HMOP.No.97 of 2019 from the file of Principal Sub Court, Dindigul to Family Court, Madurai, since she is residing at Madurai. The Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials on record.
3. Considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No.97 of 2019 pending on the file of Principal Sub Court, Dindigul is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Madurai, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. Principal Sub Court, Dindigul is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, Madurai, forthwith.
4. Since both the parties are requested to post the matter before the Mediation, the Family Court, Madurai is directed to refer the said HMOP to Mediation and then proceed the case as per law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
