Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to initiate appropriate criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated, 13.09.2021, lodged before the 2nd respondent and the same was acknowledged in C.S.R.No.304 of 2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 2.The petitioner's grievance is that her complaint is not being acted upon. The petitioner is directed to go to the second respondent on 11.02.2022 at 11.00 a.m. The second respondent is directed to hold an enquiry. The enquiry will be concluded within a period of two weeks thereafter.
