ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.157 of 2017 on the file of the third respondent and to transfer the same to some other competent fair investigation officer.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.195 of 2022.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if so advised. 31.01.2023 das 2/4
