ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify one of the conditions that has been imposed by this Court with respect to execution of surety wherein, this Court directed that one surety shall be the wife of the petitioner. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's wife is not coming forward to stand as a surety in this case. Instead the learned Counsel requested that the mother of the petitioner will stand as a surety. 1/3

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and considering the ground raised in this petition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.8 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.196 of 2025 on 08.01.2025.
