Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.GOKUL RAJ, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mrs.S.BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7872 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD) No.411 of 2019, dated 12.09.2019.
