Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to consider the application of the petitioner for the post of Office Assistant in the third respondent union as per the interview conducted to the petitioner by the call letter in Na.Ka.B4/2134/2019.

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner herein, who is the destitute widow, seeks appointment to the post of Office Assistant in the third respondent Panchayat Union.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of order passed by this Court in W.P https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.2138 of 2021 (MD) No.1173 of 2021, dated 25.01.2021, which was filed by the same petitioner seeking for similar relief and this Court had observed that the petitioner's candidature has already been rejected and one K.Valarselvi, who is also a destitute widow, has been appointed in the said post. As such, the second writ petition for the same cause of action cannot be sustained.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
