No.846 of 2021 This court directed the petitioner to surrender before the jurisdictional Special Court within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order dated 02.12.2020 passed in Crl.OP(MD)No.13796 of 2020. The petitioner now has sought for further extension of fifteen days time to surrender before the Court.

This court is satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioner in this petition and therefore, fifteen days time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the jurisdictional Special Court. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
