ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are in judicial custody from 17.08.2015 in respect of the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 323, 324 and 307 IPC in Crime No.256 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police and they have come forward with this Criminal Original petition seeking bail.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The occurrence is said to have taken place on 14.08.2015. The petitioners are A3 to A5, who are in judicial custody from 17.08.2015. 4.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, there is no specific overtact as against A3 to A5 and the motive for the occurrence is alleged only between the 1st accused and the de-facto complainant, between whom several cases are pending.

5.It is alleged that the de facto complainant sustained only simple injury and he took treatment only for a period of 5 days and he has been discharged from hospital.

6.The said facts are not disputed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police. 7.Under such circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners subject to the condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri. The petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent Police once in a day at 10.30 am. until further orders.
