ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ELANGO, Advocate for R2, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to condone the delay of 103 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Considering the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.
500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to Rojavanam, Home for Old Aged, Melur Road, Uthangudi-Ulaganeri, Madurai -625 107 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court. and list the matter for admission and print the name of Mr.A.Elango, instead of Mr.I.Elango, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.
