RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.7919/2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12376/2020 dated 04.01.2021 that the Petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.SUBASH BABU.M, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7919 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12376 of 2020, dated 04.01.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
